「 [ SBS NITE ~GLIMPSE...~ ] 」
yesterday nite [21.12.2005] was fun!
this was the first time i go for nite
but this time is special
it's organize by our SWC committee
we go through a lot during the process
although it was short
but all of us getting close to each other
we helping each other
n build up our frienship
coz we hav the same target
which is the nite
frankly, at the first place i'm not really keen with it
but after joining the meetings
i find it interesting
since then, i was passionate to go along with them
eventually, i thank god that i'm 1 of the participants for this big event
my department is responsible for the tickets n souvenirs
head of department of mine is a great thinker
the tickets n the souvenirs were designed by her
i was impressed with her idea
that was where my passion started
we were trying so hard to find the esprit bottles for souvenirs
n i was so hoping that everyone who attend the nite can get the souvenirs
coz it's just so nice!!
but end up we only managed to get 70+
others were substitute by vsoy n carlsberg bottles
until yesterday nite
me n another committee managed to finish decorating each n every of the souvenirs b4 the nite started
n finally our hard work had came out with great responds
we were having fun as well as putting everything under control
the emcees n the agenda for the nite was perfect!
till the end of the nite some of the guests still staying
encore for the unplugged music competition winner
the food was fantastic
it was like ordering from hotel but it wasn't
the food was ordered from canteen 2! c
can't believe they can cook such a nice buffet!
n then in no reason our committees started to take photos with the king of the nite - Cheng Ostrova
it was just like an autograph signing session
ppl were screaming his name during the king & queen competition
the king - Cheng Ostrova; the queen - Takeshi
both also hav a weird name
we hav good comments from our ex-co as well
it was good to see them again
n great to hav them having a fun time there
then the souvenirs were gav out to the guests
i was so happy they took it
i'm sure they like it
after the nite
we went to tbr to yum cha
all of us were so happy n keep clapping hands for ourselves
for our hardwork n success of the nite
we felt relief n having a small fun celebration at the mamak stall
just like the theme of the nite ~ Glimpse
the days we hav together weren't long
but it was just happening when we got together
n it's just for a nite
finally, things come to the end for the seniors
that was the most wonderful nite of my lifetime
thank god i hav such a great nite for the first nite i ever attend
this is the souvenir!
we fill the bottle with water n drop a little color drops into it
then we put some glitters n marbles in it (sorry, can't really see it here...)
it was so nice when the glitters spins in the water as i shake the bottle
there's a ribbon around the top of the bottle
with the words [SBS Nite '05 ~Glimpse...~]
the committees love it! all of us want to get 1 back home!
but the it was only left around 12 bottles
i managed to grab 1!! hehe
i had particiapated in doing it as well!!!
this is me!! the look for the nite...
took it after i got home n b4 i change it...
i was tired n it was almost 2am!
